What this site collects

This marketing site collects the minimum needed to respond to you: details you submit through our contact forms (name, email, organisation, message) and standard server logs (IP address, user agent) kept briefly for security. We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not sell personal data.

How we use your information

To reply to enquiries, arrange demos and working sessions, and improve the site. Where you ask us to keep in touch, we rely on legitimate interest or your consent, and every message we send includes a way to opt out.

Where your data lives

Data is processed within the UK and EEA where possible. Where a supplier processes data elsewhere, we use recognised safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we correspond and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Security logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email privacy@tinaya.app and we will respond within one month.
